Center for Alternative Labor Dispute Resolution -RAC-.
Since 2004, Vestex has had a Labor Dispute Resolution Center (RAC), which provides dispute resolution options in which the parties participate directly in the choice of solutions.
A mediator helps the parties communicate with each other to reach an agreement that satisfies them.
The agreement reached by the parties has legal backing.
